TAC (Tama Academic Consortium) Libraries
The Tama Academic Consortium (TAC) is a university cooperation organization composed of four-year universities located in the Tama region.
It consists of six universities: ICU, Kunitachi College of Music, Musashino Art University, Tokyo Keizai University, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, and Tsuda University. TAC facilitates credit transfer systems that leverage the specialized fields of each university, mutual use of libraries, and exchanges among students and faculty members.
Visiting TAC member libraries
This service allows mutual use of libraries at TAC member universities. When visiting, please bring your ICU ID card. After registering at the host university, you will be able to enter and borrow materials. For more details, please refer to the pages of each university listed below.
TLL(TAC Library Lending) service
Books held by TAC member university libraries can be requested free of charge and borrowed for use outside the library. The TAC delivery service operates three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons) during the term. The request form will be sent to the holding library on the next delivery, and the requested materials will arrive at the ICU Library on the following delivery.
