O’s cafe
O's cafe is a café space located in the Othmer Library where eating and drinking are allowed. Inside, there are vending machines for coffee and light snacks. It is available for use by all ICU members (students and faculty/staff) during open hours. We look forward to your visit.
Location: The Ground Floor of the Othmer Library
Opening hours: Weekdays during the term 8:30AM-9:15PM, outside the term 9:30AM-4:45PM
Event Hosting
Event Application
Only groups consisting of ICU members (students and faculty/staff) are permitted to host events at O's cafe. Groups wishing to host an event should apply using the form below.
O's cafe Event Application Form
Applications are accepted starting two months prior to the desired event date. The application deadline is two weeks before the planned event date.
After submitting the form, a library representative will conduct a hearing with the group to finalize the schedule and specific usage details. If the content of the event is later deemed inappropriate, future event applications may be declined.
Please note that events may not be approved depending on the schedule or content.
Permissible Events
Only events that meet the conditions outlined in the "International Christian University Internal Regulations Governing the Use and Operation of the O’s cafe at the Othmer Library" can be conducted.
Regarding film screenings, except for those used in classes, only DVDs owned by the library that are approved for on-site screening may be shown. For further details, please contact us.
