Students will need their student ID card issued by the Academic Affairs Group to access the library and borrow materials. Always carry it with you.

The validity period of the card is until the end date of the final exams for the audit (enrollment) term.

• Reference books and journals (both new issues and back issues) are not available for loan.

• One "course reserve book" for a subject being audited can be borrowed per subject.

Lending Period

Undergraduate - 2 weeks

Graduate - 1 month

*The loan due date cannot be extended beyond the expiration date of the term of enrollment.

Overdue Penalty

Applicable

• Overdue fee: 10 yen per book per open day (300 yen for course reserved book).

• New loans are not allowed while overdue.

Extending loan period

You may renew items online through MyLibrary up to five times. Renewals are available only if the item has not been requested by another user.
